Whether the training programme is about marketing or time management or negotiation or whatever skill set you want - I develop all of my courses based on the most up to date research on learning. Workshops, courses or modules are always developed to ensure that participants are fully engaged and are learning at the highest domain possible for that subject and situation. It is not just about what happens in the training session itself, it is as much if not more about what happens afterwards. So I always ensure that there is a strong emphasis on experential learning, and immediate applicability of the learning.

When it comes to topic area, I suppose you could describe me as a 'generalist', in that I deliver great workshops across most managment and business subjects. However, one thing I do specialise in is my continual study in the area of personal development and learning - and the application of this in delivery of learning and change programmes. Having completed my PGCE in 2007 and my coaching diploma in 2008, I will be training with Richard Bandler in October to gain my NLP pratitioner award and I intend to start my MSc in Performance Coaching in September.

I have the pleasure of working with a wide range of private medium and large company's, local government, government agencies, Universities and colleges. My feedback is always exemplary - and I am always applying Kaizen principles to my delivery and structuring approach. My excellent feedback will give you a feel for the typical participant response.
