Let me introduce myself briefly, provide information about my businessses and let you in on some of my personal goals (by publishing them they are more likely to be achieved!)  
 
If you know me personally, you will know that I am passionate about personal and business development. As a Hull management trainer I enjoy mentoring businesses throughout the region...and beyond!

I am currently writing my first book, which is a practical guide to developing the necessary mind set for success in business. I will shortly publish excerpts from the book here as an appetiser of things to come!  I lead by example and set myself clear and stretching goals that challenge me to embrace the opportunities available to me. 

I have a number of personal goals I will achieve this year -amongst them is running my first 10k race, to establish a world's 'first' and to buy a holiday home in the beautiful fishing village, Crail.
