These free resources provide you with some useful coaching and personal development exercises and articles, whether you are looking to improve your own performance as a manager or team leader. Each is a PDF document and is available as a direct download to all registered users.

We have a series of personal development and team-orientated materials al of which bring you the means to run your own programme and properly analyse the outomes and results.
Payment is made using your debit or credit card or via a PayPal account. Once your payment is completed, the resources are available to you immediately.
