Transformational Coaching Intervention

A Director of a healthcare company asked us to develop a plan to help address issues in their Global Management team. It was believed that the teams performance could be improved through a programme of team coaching.

We developed a programme of team and individual coaching, based around a clear structure of building common values and understanding of individual strengths.  The transformational coaching process involved 6 individual coaching sessions for the team members and three half day team coaching workshops. We utilised a range of coaching and psychometric tools such as LAB profiling and Insights to facilitate individual and team coaching programmes, which were rolled out over a period of 6 months.

There is an I in Team

We were invited to work with a local authority department to help create an efficient functioning team environment – improving the collaboration and effectiveness between the three sub teams within the department.

We developed a course built around 4 half day workshops with personal coaching exercises to be completed by each participant between the courses.  It’s was designed to help all team members to discover more about how they are ‘wired’ and the value of the role that they play in delivering the teams vision.  It was also about helping the team to appreciate each other and communicate more effectively from a position of mutual understanding and respect.
